Nardi Net Lounge: so comfortable it feels like flying.
Nardi Net Lounge is an armchair made of recyclable resin that can replace both the sun lounger and the deck chair. Thanks to its unique shape and the distinctive design of its backrest weave, it offers ease of use, lightness and ergonomics. Anyone who tries it can sunbathe with a cool back and enjoy an unexpected sense of weightlessness. To evoke these sensations, we created a story of intimate escape from reality, set in a typical Italian summer.
From writing to location scouting
Working closely with designer Raffaello Galiotto and the brand, we imagined a new way to convey the Outdoor Italian Lifestyle concept. We developed the story and storyboard, then created an animatic (a video made of drawings) to test the narrative before production.
We explored beautiful locations across Italy to find the perfect settings for our story
We selected the typefaces that would align with our idea
Lightness takes hard work
After a lot of hard work on set, we had great fun making our protagonist fly, but then came the editing and post-production work. Achieving lightness takes hard work.
