Dealer Program: digital training for Brooks England 1866.
A total immersion into the Brooks world: with over 30 videos, we helped Brooks's top dealers deepen their knowledge of the brand and its products. With identity and clarity, everything is explained: from the details of its vast range of iconic saddles, to guidelines for setting up points of sale.
Who says you can't communicate effectively even from a distance?
If there's one thing we learned from the pandemic, it's that everything that can be done remotely should be done remotely. It's more sustainable for everyone, it's better for the environment, and once you learn how, it's easy too. Almost like riding a bike.

A rigorous
and coordinated language.
We sought to evoke the great quality and elegance of Brooks products through warm imagery and empathetic language. To convey the rigor found in all of the brand's communication materials, we created animations with an informal, explanatory and essential tone.
Always more detailed: all materials in all languages.
Graphic design took on the task of unifying all the diverse materials to be communicated. We started by collaborating on the writing of the trainers' contributions, then added purpose-shot footage, illustrations, and photographs. Everything was integrated with 3D models and a captioning system localized into every language.
CREATIVE PRODUCER
Pedal stroke after pedal stroke, detail after detail, you go a long way.
Today, end users are often more knowledgeable than salespeople. The internet lets everyone research a level of detail unimaginable until yesterday. On the other hand, salespeople are often less prepared than end users — either due to lack of time or because companies don't offer adequate training tools. So the choice isn't "whether to reverse this trend" or give in to "selling only online." The only real choice for brands that generate value is the result of a collective effort: it takes passion and expertise, fewer products made better and built to last. Everything must be explained beautifully, both in digital and in the physical world. The benefits are many: you develop a unified brand narrative, train everyone the same way, and maximize resources. Pedal stroke after pedal stroke you can go a very long way, and the one to teach us this was a brand that has existed since 1866, but which, to keep living, must necessarily keep evolving.
