‘Freshness’ shooting
To communicate the effectiveness of Irinox blast chillers, we developed a series of photographic languages that were later used in visuals and exhibit design.
Fresh processes, freshly made
Rapid cooling is necessary to carry out preparation processes aimed at serving high-quality dishes. This photographic project depicts the conclusion
of these production processes in the recipes of Irinox consultants. The scale of the work brought
more than 50 recipes to the table across catering, pastry, ice cream and bakery for 8 different
culinary traditions (Italy, Spain, France, Germany, USA, South America, Russia, International).
Fresh-to-table technology
Bringing to the table food that retains the freshness of raw ingredients. This is the concept
behind the photographic project that juxtaposes images of finished dishes with 'knolling' compositions of the corresponding fresh ingredients. The shots, made in collaboration with Stefano Scatà,
featured the creation of recipes suited to the different Irinox markets (fine dining, catering, canteens and laboratories).
