Vimec

Home lift for architecture

A new communication aimed at architects for the historic company Vimec, a leader in the accessibility of public and private spaces.

New market, new audiences, new communication tools

With art direction by Adriano Design and strategic consulting from Evelina Bazzo’s Umbrella agency, Vimec opened a new division aimed at architects, bringing home lifts to designers’ desks. Dedicated communication tools followed, coordinated internally by Manuela Boffo, the driving force behind this new commercial expansion.

LINK is born: a corporate magazine
for architects

To tell the story of Vimec’s new direction and demonstrate the potential of home lifts, we created a corporate magazine for architecture studios’ desks and bookshelves. This informed the visual language: abstract, metaphorical representations; conceptual sketches; large photographic renders; and a design-magazine layout.

Digital utopian architectures

The utopian architecture project, created by Adriano Design to showcase its new home lift and connect with the target audience, plays a major role in the magazine. Images of the five locations feature prominently in its central section.

The landing page dedicated to the ALA project

Vimec’s first project designed specifically for architects is the ALA lift, created by Adriano Design and showcased on this web page. The narrative unfolds through a series of small animated surprises triggered by scrolling: from the platform detaching from its base, through shifting plays of light, to parallax movement. All of this sustains the story’s momentum.
